Stroll through Canadian History on McNabs Island

Times: 9:30 – 3:30 and 10:30 – 4:30

Hike through Canadian history on McNabs Island! Learn about the important role the Island played for the Mi’kmaq First Nations, the early French settlers, and the British, who built several forts on the island to protect the Port of Halifax. Discover where Bill Lynch, the midway king, got his start in the fairground business.

Space is limited to 27 people per trip. Note: In the event of heavy rain or gale force winds, the tours will be cancelled and tickets refunded.
